Yu Heng Kwan

Yu Heng Kwan is a Singaporean and is doing his MD-PhD at Duke-NUS Medical School. He completed his Bachelor of Science (Pharmacy) with first class honors in 2013. His research interests include quality of life, medication adherence, and geriatrics related topics.

 He hopes that his work can eventually improve outcomes for patients and clinical practice.

His PhD thesis involves understanding the quality of life of Spondyloarthritis patients and how do patient’s preference for treatment changes when quality of life changes. During his free time, he believes in spending quality time with his wife and his newborn child and watching him grow up.
