Installation information
To install the latest version of SMRT (including ACA, CBC, CVA and the SMRT market simulator), please follow these directions:
- Download Program
If you are upgrading from SMRT v3.x, you must uninstall your old version before installing this update.
Note: This version no longer supports Windows 2000. If you are unable to upgrade your operating system please use a previous version.
- Launch Installation Program
If you have chosen to run the installation program from its current location, the installation process will start automatically. Otherwise, you will need to manually launch the installation program.
For new installations: While we recommend using the default installation location, you may install the new version of SMRT in any directory you choose.
- Enter User ID Information
You will need to import your UserID information to unlock the software. This can be imported directly from the .userid file included in your confirmation email. To import the user ID information, launch SMRT and go to <Help - About SMRT/User ID...>.
1. To install, click the "Download" button and save the executable file to your hard drive.
Double-click the executable to start the installation.
SMRT Trial Version 4.7

Installation information
This trial version of SMRT allows authoring and viewing questionnaires but not data collection. Demo questionnaires can be imported when you purchase the professional version of the software. You can view the analysis capabilities of the software with the tutorial studies included.
This trial version of SMRT cannot be installed simultaneously as the professional version of SMRT. Please uninstall the trial version before installing the professional version.
Note for Ci3 users: If you have Ci3 2.6.4 or earlier installed on your PC, you should upgrade to the latest version of
Ci3 before installing this demo. Owners of Ci3 v2.5 may update to the latest version for free.
