Sander, we need more information about your server if you want help. For example, are you using a common cgi-bin setup? what does your remote server folder setup look like? are you uploading to a folder like public_html? Is your remote server linux or windows?
Hi Mike. The server is linux. There is indeed a common cgi folder, and the intended folder setup was public_html/intended folder/
Then my best guess would be that your Survey Path settings are incorrect. In 8.0.2, click an account, click the Advanced button, and select Survey Paths and change them to be the correct locations.
Do you have public_html/paul/ in your remote survey folder?
In the survey paths do you have the following?
cgi-bin/
../admin/
../graphics/
The directory public_html/paul/ does exist. I have tried uploading it while the directory was not yet present, and while I manually added the directory in the server with filezilla.
I have tried the survey paths you provided above, but I get the same #130 error. The paths that I initially used were:
../cgi-bin/
../paul/admin/
../paul/graphics/
The directory is where I want the survey to be placed is: public_html/paul/
