Is it possible to edit responses when the survey is live? If yes, how to do?

Yes you can. Go into the admin module and select the SEARCH DATA option. Insert you search options. The selected records will become available. You can view the data for each individual survey that matched your search conditions. As each individual survey is displayed, look to the options available at the top - EDIT / DELETE / NEXT RECORD. Select the EDIT option and carefully make any necessary changes. Select the SAVE CHANGES or CANCEL options which are displayed at the top and bottom of each survey's data.
