winque.exe doesn't record under windows 7

Ci3 (of which winque is a part) is unfortunately no longer developed nor supported.  We have not tried to run it under Windows 7.

Other Ci3 users may have some experience solving issues like this, but I can only suggest two things: make sure you have write permissions to the folder WinQue is writing to.  Folders such as Program Files do not have write permissions.  Also, WinQue may not be able to write to locations with long file names or those containing spaces.  Try running it from a short path like C:\WinQue.
