Elena García Jiménez

Elena García Jiménez is a master student in Barcelona. She is currently doing her final project about conjoint analysis.

Elena Garcia holds a degree in Mathematics by the Autonomous University of Barcelona including an exchange year in the University of Jyväskylä. Due to an internship she did in the health sector as a statistician, she decided to start a master’s degree in Statistics and Operation Research, a joint project promoted by the Polytechnic University of Catalonia and the University of Barcelona. She also has some experience with consulting.

Her goal for her project is to perform a choice-based conjoint analysis to know more about youth preferences regarding scooter rental in Barcelona. It is an emerging business in many cities and she finds very interesting to carry out a market study through conjoint analysis.
