Sebastian Losekam

Sebastian Losekam is a master student of economics at the Philipps-University of Marburg, Germany. Prior to his master studies, Sebastian obtained a Bachelor of Science at the University of Marburg, also.

Through his master thesis, Sebastian aims to make a contribution to the research in the field of Employer Branding. While searching for a topic for the thesis, he realized the importance of a positive employer brand and the rising war for talent, which lead to high investments from companies to become the employer-of-choice. Therefore, he plans to measure the evaluation of an employer brand from the perspective of students and job seekers with an economical background depending on selected personality characteristics. Sebastian wants to set up a Choice-based Conjoint Analysis (CBC) to simulate employers’ elections and measure the actual behavior of the students and job seekers depending on selected personality characteristics.
