Gabriela Andrade de Oliveira

Gabriela Andrade de Oliveira was born in Dourados, Mato Grosso do Sul, Brazil, on August 30, 1995. Currently, she is a master student in Agribusiness at Federal University of Grande Dourados, Brazil. She obtained her bachelor degree in Environmental Engineer at Estadual University of Mato Grosso do Sul, Brazil.

Her dissertation in Agribusiness is about Brazilian citizens’ perception of in vitro meat. As the consumption of a new product such as in vitro meat depends on several attributes, MaxDiff analysis can help to better understand which attributes are the most important for consumers. She hopes that her work can provide insights to policy makers and private companies that can be used to develop strategies to stimulate the implementation of in vitro meat.
