Alesya Schalay

Alesya Schalay is a master's student of Global Management & Governance at the HSBA Hamburg School of Business Administration. Prior to her current studies, she obtained a bachelor's degree in Foreign Trade/International Management at the Hamburg University of Applied Sciences (HAW).

Alesya Schalay is currently writing her master's thesis on the topic of “Creating new product concepts for the SQUARE HSBA Innovation Hub via preference measurement with conjoint analysis”, where she will apply Adaptive Choice-Based Conjoint Analysis to analyse business customers’ choices when making a decision to purchase an “innovation as a service”. The ultimate purpose of her work is to come up with new product concepts for the SQUARE HSBA Innovation Hub, which represents an independent sister of the HSBA Hamburg School of Business Administration and which supports companies in developing, implementing and monetizing innovations through the combination of insights from the worlds of business and academia.
