Alexander Peter

Alexander is a doctoral student at the Chair of Management, Organization Studies and Human Resource Management at Trier University in Germany. His field of research is focused on identity in consideration of digitization, decision-making processes in young adults’ career choice, and creativity.

His current research project aims to analyze the distinct relative importance of various antecedents of young adults’ career choices, depending on their digital identity, creative self-concepts, and resilience. With the results of this project, he hopes to yield new insights into career selection processes in today's rapidly changing working environment- characterized by digitization- and provide important implications for organisations' recruiting efforts.
