Change position of dual response none

Question

Hello,

Is there an easy way to change the position for the dual response none questions? I want it to be centered on the sceen. I can change the question text myself by adding "text-align: center;" in the .css-file but I need the radio buttons and labels to follow as well.

This CSS should move the whole response table to the center of the page:
