Redirect from sawtooth works sometimes - sometimes not

We need to link from unipark to swatooth and back to unipark. As we tested these scenario everthing was working. After going online some respondents mentioned that the redirect wasnt working. We have no clue why it is sometimes working and sometimes not. We implemented four different projects in sawtooth. In each project we defined an pass-in-field (for each project another variable). The links are correct.
Like mentioned before sometimes everythings fine.

Would be nice if someone has a tip.
Thanks in advance.

Hi,

the link from sawtooth back to unipark  looks like:
http://ww2.unipark.de/uc/XXXX/XXXX/ospe.php?return_tic=[% UniparkID %]

And sometimes it works and after the return_tic= a number appears and sometimes there is just nothing after the = and the respondent needs to start the survey from the beginning...

The link from unipark to sawtooth looks like:
https://XXX.sawtoothsoftware.com/cgi-bin/ciwweb.pl?studyname=XXX&Unipark=n

So our link doesnt look like yours :) How can we adopt that it works every time?

Thanks and best regards!
I posted the link wrong:

Dear all,

I have a similar issue: I have to redirect IDs from UNIPARK to an ACBC of Sawtooth Software first, and second I have to redirect the same IDs from ACBC of Sawtooth Software. My questions are:

1) How do I determine the links with the correct GET-Parameters?

2) Where in Sawtooth Software do I have to enter such a link?

Many thanks in advance.

Marco
