answered responses missing for free format questions when used browser back button

Hi,

I have couple of free format questions. While testing I have answered and move to the next question. When I used browser back button to correct answers the answer previously entered missing.

Here is the first sample code I have used with Radio selct...

<tr>
  <td class="clickable" class="input_cell">[%RadioSelect(Q4_A, 1)%]</td>
  <td >Response 1</td>
  <td class="clickable" class="input_cell">[%RadioSelect(Q4_A, 2)%]</td>
  <td >Response 2</td>
  <td class="clickable" class="input_cell">[%RadioSelect(Q4_A, 3)%]</td>
  <td >Response 3</td>
  <td class="clickable" class="input_cell">[%RadioSelect(Q4_A, 4)%]</td>
  <td >Response 4</td>
  <td class="clickable" class="input_cell">[%RadioSelect(Q4_A, 5)%]</td>
  <td >Response 5</td>
</tr>

Here is the second sample with free format numeric box's with Don't know option.

<table border="0" cellpadding="1" cellspacing="1" width="50%">
<tr>
  <td><input name="Q5_A" id="Q5_A" type="numeric" size="3"></td>
  <td><table>
    <tr class="clickable">
        <td class="input_cell">
            [%CheckSelect(Q5_A1, 1)%]
        </td>
        <td>
            Don't know
        </td>
    </tr>
</table>
</td>
</tr>
</table>

Can anyone guide me on evaluating open end numeric box and don't know. This should be mutually exclusive. Just give your thoughts and I will try it.

Thanks
