Finished uploading and I get a page not found/inaccessible/script not runnable

This is not a direct question but a common question that I get doing support.

If you auto upload and receive this kind of error message either in SSI Web or on your web site,
your perl files permissions may have inadvertently changed from 755 to something else.  To fix this problem, use a normal FTP client software to log into your server, navigate your directories until you get to your cgi-bin folder and change the permissions on admin.pl and ciwweb.pl to 755.  This should fix this problem.
