Where I could find a Sawtooth Software source quotable for this approach?

Thank you for explaining how to interpret the None-Option correctly Mr. Orme!
I was just wondering whether this approach of comparison is written in any Manual/Technical Paper/etc., so I'd be able to quote it properly!

BTW: Is this approach also possible for the ACBC where the None-Option is generated out of a mix of Screening- and Calibration-Section?
(Lastly: Is it possible to use the data from the Calibration-Section (which is only the estimated None-Parameter?) in order to guarantee prognostic validity (as it is conducted separately from the ACBC itself)?
