Interpretation of utilities if prohibition was included in CBC

I included a prohibition in my CBC as this specific concept was not realistic at all. Now that I have my data and did an HB analyses. I'm wondering if I can just interpret the individual attribute utilities as given by CBC or do I need to take in consideration that there was a prohibition and therefore some attributes might not appear as often than others?

The analysis took that prohibition into account during estimation, so you can interpret away.

One exception is that you can't estimate an interaction between the attributes involved in the prohibition, but if you've already estimated your HB utilities, I guess you didn't estimate said interaction and you're OK.
