Attribute not mentioned in CBC

The three attributes that, after the fact, my client wants to add a "not included" level are really "not mentioned."  They want to compare a current configuration, that simply does not mention these three attributes, to the CBC results that do include three levels each of these three attributes.
To use the worst utility isn't fair to the current product.
Any other suggestion?  Or, should I just make them tell me which level is closest to current reality?

Thanks again!

The typical approach is to field another wave of the survey that includes the complete conjoint design.  Then, combine the two datasets (using .CSV export for the CBC tasks) and re-estimate.  So, for example, the first respondents only have levels 1-3 of an attribute, but the second respondents have levels 1-4.  HB will impute reasonable scores for the new level 4 for the first respondents according to the patterns it sees in the information supplied by the second wave of respondents.
