Next Button does not Show in Intro

Good day!

How come the first page does not display the next button?

Does it have something to with the details below?
This study has mouse over tool tips in some questions so we added this set of codes in the HTML <head> Tag in the survey settings:

<script src="[%GraphicsPath()%]tool_tips.js" type="text/javascript"></script>
<script src="[%GraphicsPath()%]mootools_v1_2.js" type="text/javascript"></script>

<style type="text/css">
    font-weight: bold;

    font-size: 12px;
    width: 100px;
    height: 60px;
    border: 1px solid #7F7F7F;
    background-color: #E6E6E6;
    padding: 4px;
    position: absolute;
    z-index: 1000;
    display: none;

We used span, div HTML codes for the mouse over in the lists:

<span class="tip_1 tips">Market</span>

<div id="tip_1_text" class="tip_text" style="width: 100px; height: 60px;"> size, growth, competitors, segmentation, trends </div>

In the footer we also have:
<script language="javascript">

SetupToolTip(17, "tip");

We also placed this Javascript files in the graphics folder:

Possibly, but I can't say for sure without seeing the contents of those two external JS files.

I'm curious what version of SSI Web / Lighthouse Studio you are running.  I know we used MooTools in an old version of the software, but now we primarily use jQuery.  I'm guessing if you were to look into your browser's console on this page, there will be some error about MooTools and jQuery bumping heads.

Would removing these external JS files and using the Sawtooth Script function ToolTip suit your needs?
