Free Format, 4 answers, 1 n/a - only one should be selectable

hi guys,

I have a free format question with 4 options to choose from (4 radio buttons) and 1 n/a category.

F10_a1
...
F10_a4
F10_na

The problem is, that the respondent can currently click on all 4 answers AND the n/a radiobutton...

Of course they should only be able to choose 1 of the answers OR the n/a answer..

Can anybody help please?

I am not sure about your code. For free format question , code should be like

<table>
    <tr class="clickable">
        <td class="input_cell">
            [%RadioSelect(F10_a1, 1)%]
        </td>
        <td>
            Option_1
        </td>
    </tr>
    <tr class="clickable">
        <td class="input_cell">
            [%RadioSelect(F10_a1, 2)%]
        </td>
        <td>
            Option_2
        </td>
    </tr>
    <tr class="clickable">
        <td class="input_cell">
            [%RadioSelect(F10_a1, 3)%]
        </td>
        <td>
            Option_3
        </td>
    </tr>
    <tr class="clickable">
        <td class="input_cell">
            [%RadioSelect(F10_a1, 4)%]
        </td>
        <td>
            Option_4
        </td>
    </tr>
    <tr class="clickable">
        <td class="input_cell">
            [%RadioSelect(F10_a1, 5)%]
        </td>
        <td>
            N/A
        </td>
    </tr>
</table>

It will automatically work like radio button.
