CAPI Surveys Issue


We have two question related to conducting CAPI in version 8:

1. While running the surveys, we are getting a database error in between. This error is not fixed for any question but it can come on any page. However, it gets resolved once we click back button and click next again. Does anyone else faced this issue?

2. Second point is related to data storage. A csv file is downloaded once we click on get copy of data. But before sending they can edit those data files as per their convenience very easily. I feel that it should be a password protected file which can be opened by an administrator password.

Please let me know your views.
