Question Format (Calibration Concepts):
Question Width (pixels): Controls the width of the Calibration Concept question (specifically, the Header 1, Header 2, and Footer rows on the page, where the width is measured in number of pixels.
Task Width (pixels): Controls the width of the Calibration Concept question (specifically, the width of the question dedicated to displaying the product concept) on the page, where the width is measured in number of pixels.
Task Alignment: Left, Center, Right or Tabbed are options for aligning the product concept on the page. The Tabbed setting tabs the question out as many pixels as indicated in the Indent Width field of the Survey Settings dialog.
Cell Padding (pixels): Controls how much space is between the question/level text and the edges of the cells of the various grid/tables that are used to display the information. Increasing the Cell Padding brings a lot more white space to the page.
Level Border (pixels): Controls how much space is between the level text in terms of the horizontal lines separating cells of the task.
Concept Border (pixels): Controls how much space is between the concepts in terms of the vertical lines separating concepts within the task.

Scale Settings:
Input Type: Select whether to display radio buttons or dropdown for the response options. The radio button display shows the respondent all response options (such as Definitely Would Purchase, Probably Would Purchase, etc.) at the same time on the screen. The drop-down control hides the options until the respondent clicks the drop-down arrow on the dropdown.
Display Direction: By default, the response options are listed from highest purchase intent toward the top of the response options list to lower purchase intent toward the bottom of the response options list. You can reverse that direction if you desire (but the underlying preference scores recorded remain the same, irrespective of the direction in which you sort the items.
Default Text (Dropdown Input Only): If you use the dropdown options to display the response options for the ratings scale, this is the text that displays by default before the respondent clicks the drop-down to make a selection. Click the … button to change the text.
Scale Alignment: Allows you to left, center, or right-justify the response scale beneath the product concept display.
Scale (Highest Number Indicates Higher Purchase Intent):
This area of the dialog lets you control the number of scale points and labels used for each scale point for the purchase intent scale. By default, we use a 5-point scale, where the highest purchase intent label is "Definitely Would" and the rating score associated with that label is a 5. You may change the number of scale points used and the text associated with each scale point, but make sure that lower values are associated with lower purchase intent and higher values are associated with higher purchase intent. Otherwise, the calculation of the "None" threshold weight will be incorrect if you decide to compute a "None" threshold utility for use in market simulations.
For more information regarding how the "None" threshold is computed based on this scale, please see the section entitled, None Threshold & Calibration to Purchase Likelihood.
