Access to the Admin Module is protected to users you specify in the project. By default, an administrator account has complete access. You can also create other users who can access the Admin Module. These users can either have Full or Read Only access permissions.
You may want to give only Read Only access to your client or other individuals who need to monitor the progress of the study, while retaining full access for yourself.
To Specify Admin Module Users
To manage the users who will have access to the Admin Module, click Field | Hosting Management. The Hosting Management window is displayed.

To add a new user, click the Add button. You can then change the user name or password (a default password is provided). The user name and passwords are case sensitive. For example, if the User Name is AdminJudy, the administrator cannot type adminjudy or ADMINJUDY to access the data online.
