Specify Attribute Text
This dialog lets you input attribute text for conjoint attributes. An example of attribute text is "brand," where the level text is "Coke," "Pepsi" and "Sprite."
For many CBC or CVA studies, the attribute text you specify is not shown to respondents. However, you can display the attribute text at the left of the product concepts. This lets you shorten the level labels used in the product concepts.
For CBC, to show attribute text along the left side of the product concepts, from the Write Questionnaire dialog, edit one of the choice tasks. From the CBC Exercise Settings dialog, click the Format tab, and then click Include Attribute Labels in Tasks.
Internal Label
Sometimes, the attribute text you provide is very long, or has a lot of HTML syntax. You may wish to use a shorter label for internal purposes (in program settings, export to other programs, and analysis reports). The internal label is not displayed to respondents.
