Software Requirements: Users, Servers and Respondents
For the User (Survey Developer):
•PC running Windows 10 or newer.
•Respondents must use a modern web browser with JavaScript (enabled by default, but can be turned off).
oSupported browsers include:
▪Google Chrome
▪Mozilla Firefox
▪Microsoft Edge (Chromium version 79 or later)
For the Respondent:
•Respondents must use a modern web browser to access the survey. JavaScript must also be enabled in the web browser. To modify this behavior, see the Advanced Survey Settings section.

Web Hosting:
•The survey will need to be uploaded to a web server in order to collect respondent data.

Hardware Recommendations:
For the best performance when developing or running surveys, we recommend the following PC specifications:
•Storage: A fast hard drive is critical. An SSD (Solid State Drive) is highly recommended for optimal speed and responsiveness.
•Memory (RAM): At least 16 GB of RAM is recommended, especially for handling large surveys or datasets. More memory improves multitasking and overall performance.
•Processor (CPU): A modern multi-core processor will further improve performance but is generally less critical than fast storage and sufficient RAM.
While surveys can function on lower-end hardware, following these recommendations ensures a smoother experience, faster processing, and improved reliability.
