Custom domain names may be added for an additional fee.
Standard survey hosting includes up to 50,000 survey respondents completed per month.

Note: Standard Survey Hosting limits the rate at which respondents may access your survey (also known as bandwidth throttling). If your survey places a high load on the servers, your respondents may see a message indicating the survey is busy and to try again. Please contact us about Premium Survey Hosting if you expect a large volume of respondents (a general rule is more than about 2,000 survey respondents per day).

Premium Survey Hosting

To accommodate special circumstances or very high-volume surveys, we offer Premium Survey Hosting where our server engineers configure custom server systems dedicated to running your survey.

Costs typically range from $250-$600 per month, depending on the server resources needed.
Billed on a monthly (30 day) basis. Prorated rates available after 30 days.
Flexibility for third-party data access if desired
