The utilities file is a comma-separated values file (*.csv) that contains utilities of each attribute level for each respondent.

Utilities File Format
You may wish to generate the utilities file manually. This file is a CSV file that must have a header row followed by one row for each respondent. The first column must be the unique respondent identifier column. The second column is a fit statistic, also called "RLH" (this column is ignored, but it must be present in the file). The rest of the columns contain utility values for each attribute level.
