Can I pay monthly?
We only sell annual subscriptions. Please contact us if you have any concerns about the length of our subscriptions.
Can I transfer the license to another team member?
Each user of the license should have their own individual Sawtooth account. Account information cannot be shared but the administrator of the license can change which Sawtooth account is marked as a user. Research teams should consider our 5 or 10+ user subscriptions.
Do you offer academic discounts or reseller commissions?
Discounts are available to students or educators using the software for non-commercial use (see Academic Pricing). Reseller discounts or sales commissions are not available.
What forms of payment do you accept?
You can pay for our software and services with a check, an automated clearing house (ACH) direct payment, or a wire transfer. If your invoice is less than $10,000 USD, you may also pay with a credit card or PayPal.
Can I change my plan?
You can upgrade your license at any point during the subscription. If you have any questions on what subscription would best fit your needs or concerning our renewals, please feel free to contact us.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
Yes. If you find the software is not what you need, you can get a 100% refund if you return the software within 60 days from the invoice date.
