Sandy Cassell

Sandy Cassell is pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration degree from Anderson University in Anderson, Indiana.  Sandy obtained her Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Business Administration then held careers with the Federal Reserve Bank and the Internal Revenue Service.  Sandy has recently migrated from corporate careers into academia.  She is now an Assistant Professor of Business specializing in the field of Management at Evangel University in Springfield, Missouri.

Sandy's primary fields of study include generational research and human resources research.  She is combining these two interests for her doctoral dissertation which will use choice-based conjoint analysis to discover the preferred total rewards mix (type and level) that influences US Millennials in their decision to remain in an organization.  CBC will also be used to identify demographic elements that significantly impact the preferred total rewards mix of US Millennials in their decision to remain in an organization.  The findings will assist organizations operating within the US in making more informed decisions regarding talent management resource allocations and policy implementations that work toward improving retention of US Millennials.
