Sukriti Hari is a doctoral candidate at the LM Thapar School of Management, India. Her dissertation investigates the role of empathy in entrepreneurial relationships. Using experiments, she studies how empathic understanding influences cofounder collaboration and venture performance. Beyond her dissertation work, Sukriti is currently collaborating on a research project that examines the decision-making processes of impact investors in social entrepreneurial settings using experiments as the methodological approach. Her broader research interests lie at the intersection of psychology and entrepreneurship, spanning cofounder relationships, empathy in entrepreneurial settings, and entrepreneurial decision-making.
Sukriti holds a bachelor's degree in psychology from Punjab University and graduated with a gold medal in a research-based master's degree in psychology from Thapar University in India. She has presented her research at several international conferences, including the Babson College Entrepreneurship Research Conference and the Annual Meeting of the Academy of Management.
