Alice Archer

Alice Archer is a wine professional based in the UK hoping to become one of fewer than 450 Masters of Wine in the world. She is currently on the final stage of the MW programme, a research paper for which she will be using Sawtooth Discover to survey UK regular wine consumers regarding their purchase habits and preferences.

Alice has worked in the UK wine trade for 12 years in various sales and buying roles, with a particular focus and expertise on Champagne. She completed the WSET Diploma in 2017, took a brief stint out to work harvest in South Africa, then commenced on the Master of Wine programme in 2018. Alice has an MA in Classics from University of Cambridge, and has enjoyed the constant learning and education opportunities throughout her career in wine.
