Anastasia A Baidoo is a PHD candidate of Manchester Metropolitan University. Her research focus is on how to Bridge Traditional Knowledge and Agricultural Policy in Climate Change Adaptation by Small Scale Farmers in Ghana. Among other things, Anastasia is using MaxDiff in scaling farmers' strategy preferences based on their local knowledge of their microenvironment to enable mainstreaming into policy.
Anastasia completed her undergraduate as a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture and Master's in Development Management in Ghana. Prior to her studies, she worked as a Senior Projects Officer researching Energy, Technology, and Environment to inform policy formulation in Ghana.
