Doğa Turgut is a PhD candidate in the Industrial Engineering and Innovation Sciences Faculty at Eindhoven University of Technology. Her PhD project is part of a larger NWO funded project called Hybridlabs, aimed at accelerating the energy transition by developing renewable offshore technologies for electricity as well as hydrogen production. Her PhD focuses on understanding how job and organizational characteristics shape the attractiveness of roles in the renewable energy sector the attraction-selection-attrition model.
Through the use of choice based conjoint analysis, Doğa’s work aims to uncover which job attributes prospective employees prioritize when evaluating job options. This will enable a deeper understanding of how organizations can better position themselves to attract skilled talent and support the workforce transition towards renewable energy.
