Ines Fachbach

Ines Fachbach is a University of Graz MSc graduate in Business Administration and MSc graduate in Environmental System Sciences. Now she is a PhD student in the field of Closed-Loop Supply Chain Management at the Institute of Operations and Information Systems, University of Graz. She is exploring within her cumulative PhD thesis the decision-making process of consumers related to repair, including underlying concepts and mechanisms. The aim is to understand how the demand for repair services can be increased since repair is a central component of a circular economy. Among other research methods, Ines is conducting Adaptive Choice-Based Conjoint analysis in the repair service context.
