Dr. Katharina Frosch (MBR) does her postdoctoral research at the institute for Human Resource Management and Organisation at the University of Würzburg (Germany). Since 2005, she has been working as researcher and academic lecturer on innovation and entrepreneurship, demographic change and applied empirical issues in personnel economics.
In 2010, she gained her doctorate on the innovative capacity of an aging workforce at the Ludwig-Maximilians-University in Munich and the Max-Planck Institute for Demographic Research in Rostock (Germany).
In her free time, Katharina runs a community garden with fruits and vegetables and is co-founder of mundraub.org, an interactive web platform that helps to re-discover forgotten fruit trees in Germany.
Katharina works on empirical issues in personnel and innovation economics. Currently, the focus of her research activities is on human capital, clean technology innovation and sustainable value creation.
