Keely Lundy

Keely Lundy is a graduate student attending the University of Utah’s School Psychology Program. She received her master’s in Educational Psychology in 2020 and is working towards her doctorate in the same discipline. After graduation, Keely hopes to continue her research in autism and menstruation, as well as expand her psychological expertise in assessment, intervention, and consultation.

In previous research, Keely has assessed the feasibility of a caregiver-led intervention using video animation technology to improve menstrual hygiene management for neurodiverse youth. To access this resource, see the University of Utah’s Training in Technology, Education, and Consultation (U-TTEC) Lab webpage (https://www.u-tteclab.com/tools-and-resources.html).

Presently, Keely’s research focuses on menstrual health and hygiene of neurodiverse menstruators. For her dissertation, Keely has partnered with several menstrual product companies. She intends to measure the acceptability and preference of their products (e.g., period underwear, cloth pads, menstrual cups, etc.) by neurodiverse menstruators (under 18 years of age) and their caregivers using a choice-based conjoint analysis.

Keely is open to collaboration in autism and menstrual-related research. If you wish to contact her, please email keelymlundy@gmail.com.
