Kendall Yamamoto

Kendall Yamamoto is an organizational behavior Ph.D. student at the University of Texas at Austin McCombs School of Business. She graduated from the University of Washington with a Bachelor’s in psychology and entrepreneurship. Her research focuses on diversity and inclusion broadly, with a specific focus on individual cognition and status dynamics related to demographic diversity (race, ethnicity, gender, etc.).
