Logan Murry is a pharmacist and PhD Candidate at the University of Iowa College of Pharmacy. He received his PharmD from the University of Iowa College of Pharmacy in 2017 and currently practices as a pharmacist in the Iowa City area. His dissertation work focuses on optimal health care design and delivery, focusing on a patient-centered approach to community pharmacy services.
In previous research, Logan has assessed the patient experience with selecting Medicare Part D insurance plans in the community pharmacy setting in addition to the development and evaluation of Transitions-of-Care (TOC) programs at large academic medical centers.
Logan is currently using choice-based conjoint analysis to identify patient preferences for service offerings in the community pharmacy setting. By identifying patient preferences across a wide variety of patient attributes, Logan hopes to improve the patient experience with their community pharmacies while assisting pharmacists in the process of individualizing the patient experience.
