Moritz Graf

Moritz Graf is a bachelor student in economics and business administration at the Goethe University in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. He is writing his bachelor's thesis at the chair of electronic commerce on the topic "Demographics, preferences and willingness to pay regarding digital automotive online service."

Moritz gained experience in the automotive industry through internships at Umicore, Detecon, Bosch and Škoda Auto, which fostered his interest in writing a thesis in an automotive topic area. Especially the work at Detecon, a management consultancy within the Deutsche Telekom Group, influenced the topic, as he gained insights into connected car services there.

He conducts a choice-based conjoint analysis to better understand the customer group of such in-car services and their preferences regarding certain services and payment models in this context. Especially the differences between demographic groups and their specific willingness to pay is elaborated.
