Natalie Dederer

Natalie Dederer is a master’s student of International Business Administration, currently writing her master's thesis at the University of Vienna. Her research focuses on remote work preferences, specifically exploring the factors that shape employees’ choices between working from home (WFH) and workation. In her study, Natalie aims to understand how socio-demographic characteristics, influence preferences for these two remote work models. Additionally, she investigates which attributes of WFH and workation are most important to employees when making their decisions. Using Choice-Based Conjoint (CBC) analysis, she examines these preferences by simulating real-world decision-making scenarios, allowing her to estimate the relative importance of different attributes. The study aims to provide valuable insights into the factors that drive employees’ preferences and offer implications for organizational policies in the era of New Work.
