Nathalie Kopp is a master's student in business development & management at the Carinthia University of Applied Science in Villach, Austria. Forefront, she finished her bachelor's degree in Marketing at the Ludwigshafen University of Business and Society in Ludwigshafen am Rhein, Germany.

Her research focuses on new business model approaches in the automotive industry. Within her master thesis, she'll focus on subscription models as a new business model to address subsequent customer segments such as the generation z. The research will be done using a conjoint analysis, which will identify the most decisive contract conditions for customers to find subscription models in the automotive industry appealing. Her motivation is to get more insights in customer needs and desires to help car manufacturers and other key players in the automotive industry to develop new business models.

Next to her studies, she's working as a marketing and communications intern for a leading company in the semiconductor industry.
