Niklas Wiesweg

Niklas Wiesweg is a PhD candidate at the Technical University of Berlin. Previously, he completed his master's degree in real estate management at the University of Applied Sciences in Münster, Germany, and managed and developed real estate-specific IT at a real estate service provider for several years.

He conducts research in real estate management to improve inter-organizational data and information exchange to promote the use of machine learning in the real estate-specific value chain. As a part of his thesis, he investigates the preferences of corporates in the context of the procurement of real estate specific services and wants to clarify the question which relevance the data and information flow plays in this decision.
