Sabrina Pan is a senior at Cornell’s Nolan School of Hotel Administration who has double minors in Entrepreneurship & Innovation and Real Estate. With a passion for sustainability, Sabrina aims to find innovative yet practical ways to accelerate the switch to sustainable practice across all hotels.
For her Honors Thesis, she will conduct a choice-based conjoint analysis to examine consumer preferences for sustainability attributes in hotel bookings and characterize the financial implications of sustainability messaging for hotel companies. More specifically, by investigating how sustainability attributes in hotels can impact booking propensity and willingness to pay, she hopes to shed light on the top-line financial incentives for hotel owners and managers to invest in green initiatives.
