Yang (Anna) Li

Yang(Anna) Li is a PhD candidate from Royal Holloway University of London, School of Business and Management. At the same time, Anna is also a member of the Center for Critical and Historical Research on Organization and Society. Anna has been awarded a full scholarship from Royal Holloway to pursue a PhD after completing her MSc at University of Essex

Anna's research interests are information systems, artificial intelligence and digital innovation, focusing on the application of digital humans and consumer experience research. Her research is driven by the existence of the Uncanny Valley, with the primary aim of establishing a believability framework. The research objective is to refine this theoretical construct through a series of empirical, iterative experiments, with the ultimate goal of enhancing the belief of digital humans and thereby, enriching consumer experiences with these digital entities. Anna is currently in deep cooperation with a digital human technology company, using the platform to complete scenarios design and use methods such as conjoint analysis to complete data analysis.
