Extended Support Hours Starting August 1

In our most recent Customer Feedback Survey, we asked you what we could do to improve our technical support. A predominant theme was to increase our availability hours, especially in the morning. Starting August 1, 2005, technical support and sales will be available from 7AM to 5PM Pacific, rather than starting at 8:30AM. Don’t worry, we aren’t asking Aaron to work 10 hours a day instead of 8. We have recently hired an additional Customer Support Consultant (John Howell). John recently graduated with his Masters degree in Statistics, and has been working for the last five years at Novell. At Novell, he was involved in testing, quality assurance, and pricing/licensing.
