Reordering

If after adding a few questions to your survey, you feel the order needs to be adjusted, you can easily move pages or questions around by one of two methods:

• Drag & drop
• Move dialog

Drag and drop method is the easiest way to move a question or page up or down a few spaces. To use this method:

1. Click and hold any of the empty areas around the edge of the question or page.
2. Drag the element up or down. As you drag the element, a blue line indicates where the question will be inserted when you let go.
3. Drop it in the new desired location.

Another way to move elements by using the Move dialog. Here’s how:

1. Hover over the element you want to move.
2. Click the options icon () that appears when hovering over a question or page in the question navigation.
3. Select Move from the list of options. The Move dialog will appear.
4. In the Move dialog:
   • A. Verify that the selected element is displayed in the first dropdown.
   • B. Choose whether to position the element Before or After another item.
   • C. Select the target element around which you want to position the selected item.
5. Click Move at the bottom of the dialog to complete the action.
