You can upload and merge external data with the data collected in your survey for segmentation, weighting, and filtering. To import data, create a CSV file where the data fields are separated into columns. Here is an example of what your CSV file needs to look like:
The first column in the file must contain respondent numbers that match the Internal Respondent Numbers in the survey data. To see what the Internal Respondent Numbers are download your survey data by clicking on Data | Download Data. The first column in this file contains the Internal Respondent Number which is a unique number assigned to each data record.
After your external data is uploaded it merges the data that you provide with the existing survey data.
