To download your data click Data | Download Data. By default a Microsoft Excel file is downloaded. The columns are variables and respondent data are found in the rows (one row per respondent). To change the file type to a CSV, or to control which CBC and MaxDiff data are included, go to Data | Advanced Settings under the Collect section.
To summarize (tabulate) the results of your survey questions, click Survey Reports.
Under the Reports | Data section you can choose to tabulate responses to the survey questions. Choose questions as "Rows" in the report. If you want to break out (filter) the responses to the row variables by different categories of respondents (such as a Gender question you included in the survey) then you can also pick Gender as a column variable.
